let it fly away..
give her/his smile back that u took from it..

Chidori Desu

This anime Full Metal Panic-not comic version

what you should know a bit?from previous post kinda too much to read..now here's the summarise

Synopsis:

To complete this task Sousuke will have to deal with enemies from his past as well as the occasional panty thief. Unfortunately for Sousuke, the toughest part of his mission isn't only protecting Miss Chidori but also getting used to living an average High School students life, no easy task for someone raised on the battlefield. As Sagara attempts to settle into his new role, a massive plot unfolds beginning with the kidnapping of Chidori. Why is Chidori the target of this conspiracy? Why does she seem to be born with knowledge of technology that has not yet been invented?

Schooll life for Sousuke..The funniest thing is, Sousuke, is so obsessed about Chidori safety..really funny.he bring weapons to school. He can't different certain little thing school life..fuhh..it's really stressed Her..hikhikhik..quarrel & battlefield..gosh..well without Chidori spirit, Arbalest the Ultimate weapon, never pass the limit..
I suggest you should try to watch..

Another point is..Teletha Tessa.captain of mithril .oh dear..so clever..pretty cute..suddenly became an attraction..
But not good in handling weapon..haha..always miss..oh dear, Sousuke make a confession that he likes her..damn..you should watch till the scene..i think Sousuke love Chidori cause no matter what he do, Chidor always in his mind..

The serious battle finally appear. Sousuke seems to have pretty much given up after being told that Chidori's dead. However a few minutes later she shows up out of nowhere, scolding him of course as usual and proceeds to kick his ass. He's so in shock that she's alive and there that he doesn't really know what to do. However, this gives him the push he needed to go help his friends who are in dire need of it. Gates finishes off Yu-Fan (after playing around with her dead sister like a doll for awhile), and is about to wipe out Sousuke's friends, but he shows up in the nick of time (Lambda Driver working and all), and quickly beats all 5 venoms including Gates'.

Well, Chidori & Tessa made an agreement to battle for love of Sousuke, he is still idiot in love..goshh..The 3 of them enter the same school..hikhikhik. At the end, they still have not confessed their feelings to each other,damn..the end..my own imagination conclusion it should be Sousuke realise his love is Chidori..

I like Chidori

Kaname Chidori (千鳥 かなめ Chidori Kaname) is a fictional character from the light novel, manga, and anime series Full Metal Panic!. She was portrayed by Satsuki Yukino in the original Japanese anime and by Luci Christian in the English dub by ADV Films.

Kaname is the main female protagonist of the story, and appears at first glance to be a "normal" 16-year-old high school student. The character was taken from a friend of the authors, whose name was also Kaname Chidori, living in Japan. The discovery of her Whispered abilities attracts the attention of terrorist organizations. As a result, Sousuke has been assigned by Mithril to protect her. While Sousuke Sagara's battle intuition generally saves her from dangerous situations, she often considers Sousuke's instincts an irritant in daily high school events, leading to countless comical situations. Nonetheless, she and Sousuke continue to grow closer, to the point where they have expressed their feelings for each other.

Kaname's Whispered abilities also grant her an inherent knowledge (but not necessarily understanding) of advanced mathematics and science. It is no surprise then, that she consistently achieves top scores in these subjects at school. Her abilities as a Whispered, however, are a bit buggy. She does not know her full abilities, and also sometimes enters a near-trance, in which she understands Black Technology completely.

After a point in the series, she makes it obvious to herself that she likes Sousuke, but that does not stop her from hitting him with her harisen. Kaname is very easy to anger, especially considering Sousuke's antics. A humorous comment made by Kurz Weber about her anger was when he saw her lose her temper and commented, "What happened to my angel?" A majority of the stunts pulled by Sousuke will cause Kaname to go into a fit of rage and either hit Sousuke or chew him out. However she has a soft spot for him and when he does a good job she will often cook for him or give him a compliment.

Kaname is constantly battling with Teletha "Tessa" Testarossa for Sousuke, although the two usually end up either making fools of themselves or hurting him.
Kaname's bravery and determination came to a head in the climax of the novel Continuing on My Own. Following Sosuke's defeat by the hands of Leonard Testarossa, she gives herself up to Leonard and Amalgam to save his life. As she is picked up by the Belial's giant hand, she whispers something to Sousuke before being whisked off. After being taken by Leonard, she was imprisoned at an island villa by Amalgam. In the novel, Come Make My Day, Sousuke arrives at the island in order to save Chidori, but is unable to do so, because she's taken away in a helicopter. During the flight, Kaname is able to communicate with Sousuke, and that's when they both confess their feelings for each other, and Sousuke promises Kaname he'll find her no matter what the cost is.

She also developed feelings of guilt in the novel End of Day by Day (anime: The Second Raid) at having missed her opportunity to kiss Sousuke—after personally giving him a haircut—and thus having her first kiss "stolen" by Leonard Testarossa, as well as missing numerous opportunities afterwards to admit her feelings of love to Sousuke. At the end of the novel Come Make My Day she finally expresses those feelings to Sousuke while in radio contact with him and extracts an absolute promise from Sousuke that they will kiss the moment they are reunited.

In the most recent novel, Semaru Nick of Time, the origin of the Whispered is discovered to be from an accident during a Soviet experiment using an "Omni-Sphere" that occurred on December 24, 1984—when all the Whispered were born. Leonard Testarossa takes Kaname back to the Omni-Sphere after recovering from his wounds in Come Make My Day. There she is forced to resonate with Sophia, a key Whispered, who overtakes Kaname's personality. Under Sophia's control, Kaname is shown the illusion of shooting and killing Tessa Testarossa and Sousuke Sagara. Under Sophia's control, she leaves with Leonard for Merida Island, where Amalgam has built a machine to utilize a final ability of the Whispered; still believing she killed her good friend and the man she loves.

Character history

In the light novels, it is mentioned that her younger sister and father live in New York. Her mother died of cancer roughly 4 years before the start of the series[2]. Shortly after that, Kaname ran away from home, but was returned home the next day. Kaname's relationship with Shizu, her late mother and Ayame, her younger sister, is apparently friendly, but she is more tense towards her father Shunya, who works for the United Nations as its environmental High Commissioner. Her late mother's family also seems to have strained relations with the Chidori family, at least until her grandfather from that side makes amends. Because of her sensitive past, she developed a "tough-lady" attitude, which has helped her deal with her past and survive several life-threatening situations. It is also revealed in the novel A Dancing Very Merry Christmas and on the Full Metal Panic! Anime Mission fan book that she shares her birthday with Tessa on December 24, 1984[3] on Christmas Eve.

Kaname lives alone in her own apartment, across from the complex which Sousuke lives in. While it is unknown how she earns money to support herself, it can be presumed that her father sends her money from New York. She also takes on multiple part-time jobs, sometimes inviting friends to join her. In the manga, this usually ends in catastrophe because of a certain sergeant. This is mentioned one time in the anime, while scolding Sousuke, saying she won't have enough money if she doesn't get any work. She began attending Jindai High School at age 15, and is currently in her second year. As mentioned before, she leads a normal lifestyle; she is the class representative, vice president, and is quite popular at school. However, after Sosuke Sagara transfers into her class, she was involved in several kidnapping incidents and battles against terrorists. Through Sousuke, Kaname meets various members of Mithril, and when not at school she became involved in many "adventures" of a sort, usually centering around herself.

Global Warming

The Planet Is Heating Up—and Fast

Glaciers are melting, sea levels are rising, cloud forests are drying, and wildlife is scrambling to keep pace. It's becoming clear that humans have caused most of the past century's warming by releasing heat-trapping gases as we power our modern lives. Called greenhouse gases, their levels are higher now than in the last 650,000 years.

We call the result global warming, but it is causing a set of changes to the Earth's climate, or long-term weather patterns, that varies from place to place. As the Earth spins each day, the new heat swirls with it, picking up moisture over the oceans, rising here, settling there. It's changing the rhythms of climate that all living things have come to rely upon.
What will we do to slow this warming? How will we cope with the changes we've already set into motion? While we struggle to figure it all out, the face of the Earth as we know it—coasts, forests, farms and snow-capped mountains—hangs in the balance.

Snow-mantled crags frame the severe beauty of Queen Maud Land in central Antarctica. Discovered in 1820, the region is known for its jagged peaks with forbidding names like the Jaw of Fenris and The Razor.

In recent years, global warming has been the subject of a great deal of political controversy. As scientific knowledge has grown, this debate is moving away from whether humans are causing warming and toward questions of how best to respond.
Signs that the earth is warming are recorded all over the globe. The easiest way to see increasing temperatures is through the thermometer records kept over the past century and a half. Around the world, the earth's average temperature has risen more than 1 degree Fahrenheit (0.8 degrees Celsius) over the last century, and about twice that in parts of the Arctic.
This doesn’t mean that temperatures haven't fluctuated among regions of the globe or between seasons and times of day. But if you average out the temperature all over the world over the course of a year, you see that temperatures have been creeping upward.
Although we can't look at thermometers going back thousands of years, we do have some records that help us figure out what temperatures and concentrations were like in the distant past. For example, trees store information about the climate in the place where they live. Each year, trees grow thicker and form new rings. In warmer and wetter years, the rings are thicker. Old trees and wood can tell us about conditions hundreds or even several thousands of years ago.
Keys to the past are also buried under lakes and oceans. Pollen, creatures and particles fall to the bottom of oceans and lakes each year, forming sediments. Sediments preserve all these bits and pieces, which contain a wealth of information about what was in the air and water when they fell. Scientists reveal this record by inserting hollow tubes into the mud to collect sediment layers going back millions of years.
For a direct look at the atmosphere of the past, scientists drill cores through the earth's polar ice sheets. Tiny bubbles trapped in the gas are actually pieces of the earth's past atmosphere, frozen in time. That's how we know that the concentrations of greenhouse gases since the industrial revolution are higher than they've been for hundreds of thousands of years.
Computer models help scientists to understand the Earth's climate, or long-term weather patterns. Models also allow scientists to make predictions about the future climate. Basically, models simulate how the atmosphere and oceans absorb energy from the sun and transport it around the globe. Factors that affect the amount of the sun's energy reaching Earth's surface are what drive the climate in these models, as in real life. These include things like greenhouse gases, particles in the atmosphere (such as from volcanoes), and changes in energy coming from the sun itself.

Do you Ever wonder 5 more minutes?

While at the park one day, a woman sat down next to a man on a bench near a playground. "That's my son over there," she said, pointing to a little boy in a red sweater who was gliding down the slide.

"He's a fine looking boy" the man said. "That's my daughter on the bike in The white dress." Then, looking at his watch, he called to his daughter.

"What do you say we go, Melissa?"

Melissa pleaded, "Just five more minutes, Dad. Please? Just five more minutes."

The man nodded and Melissa continued to ride her bike to her heart's content.

Minutes passed and the father stood and called again to his daughter. "Time to go now?"

Again Melissa pleaded, "Five more minutes, Dad. Just five more minutes."

The man smiled and said, "O.K."

"My, you certainly are a patient father," the woman responded.

The man smiled and then said, "Her older brother Tommy was killed by a drunk driver last year while he was riding his bike near here. I never spent much time with Tommy and now I'd give anything for just five more minutes with him. I've vowed not to make the same mistake with Melissa. She thinks she has five more minutes to ride her bike. The truth is, I get five more minutes to watch her play."

Life is all about making priorities, what are your priorities?

Give someone you LOVE 5 more minutes of your time today.

Thai Style Massage, Can You Take It?Performed by young girl...hehehe

Thai style massage has grown in popularity over the years and spread from country to country as the thing to do. I think the first thing you have to get over is the fact that is fricking hurts like hell. Nothing quite explains the feeling of being stabbed with a dull knife in every sensitive part of your body like Thai massage.

After a few minutes you quickly start to doubt your judgement as what started out to be an idea of relaxation quickly becomes that of being tortured.

After a little while the pain starts to subside and you will begin to enjoy it, that is, until they move to a different part of your body.

The Traditional Medical Massage of Thailand, more commonly known as Thai Massage, is one of the world’s oldest healing modalities. It originated in India during the Buddha’s lifetime, over 2500 years ago, and was brought to this world by a saint, the “Father Doctor Shivago Komarpahj”, a contemporary of the Buddha and some say his personal physician and the physician to the King of India.

Thai Massage is an interactive manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. These movements help to

* adjust the skeletal structure
* increase flexibility
* relieve muscular and joint tension
* stimulate internal organs
* balance the body’s energy system

The effect is uniquely relaxing as well as energizing. Receiving a Thai massage is a bit like doing yoga without putting forth any effort while also getting acupressure treatments!

Gymnastics Floor Exercise By Jessie Kimmel

In womens artistic gymnastics there are four apparatuses: gymnastics floor exercise, uneven bars, vault table, and balance beam.

Gymnastics floor exercise is one out of two events that are competed by both men and women. Out of all the events, floor exercise is favored by most. Floor takes a vast amount of strength, power, endurance, flexibility, grace, and gymnastics dance.

The floor exercise has springs underneath, for this reason many people refer to them as spring floors. The standard size for a spring floor is 12 meters by 12 meters. This size makes it a perfect square. A spring floor is made out of tons of small springs that are covered by plywood, the plywood is covered by thick foam padding, and the foam padding is covered by carpet. The carpet has four taped lined along the outside, these are called the boundary lines. A gymnast must stay inside these lines when performing his/her routine. If a gymnast steps outside these lines they will receive a deduction.

Levels one through six all have the exact same choreographed gymnastics floor routine. Once a gymnast becomes a level seven they get to pick their very own floor music and have a gymnastics floor routine choreographed to fit her skills and style.

Floor Exercise is where the gymnasts get to express who they are as a gymnast. A gymnast expresses her character and ability through the tumbling, leaps, jumps, skill, turns, etc. she puts into her routine. Her personality also gets expressed though the music she chooses, and the type of gymnastics dance she selects and puts in her routine.

Jessie Kimmel is a former gymnast and has been coaching gymnastics for over seven years. She coaches children of all ages and skill levels, from recreational to compulsory and optionals. Jessie created http://www.theworldofgymnastics.com to share her knowledge and eighteen years of experience with other gymnastics fanatics or those who want to know more about this great sport.

Gymnastics Leotards - Where Do They Originate From? By Eran Brezner

Ever wondered where all the gymnasts got their fantastic costumes? Like most other sports Gymnastics has its particular dress code. Its dress code requires that each participant puts on a tightly fitting garment that allows him or her to move around with ease. The essence of the tightly fitting clothes, known as gymnastics leotards, is that the sport dictates a lot of tossing and turning and loose fitting clothes can easily get caught on the various apparatus and consequently injure the competitor.

It is because of the above that the gymnastics leotard was designed. A leotard can be described as a tightly fitting one-piece garment worn during various sports events. The gymnastics leotard covers the trunk (chest and abdomen area) leaving out the legs. It can either be sleeveless or have short or long sleeves and is occasionally worn with tights or bike shorts by those individuals who find them too exposing. However, there is a modified version of this garment known as the unitard. The unitard, unlike the traditional leotard, has long legs and sometimes even long sleeves so that it is able to cover the wearer's whole body.

One thing to note is that these garments are unisex. It has been an issue of controversy over the years whether they should also be worn by men especially since most adverts and sales mostly target women. Various design houses have, however, come out to refute these claims and have even gone a step ahead to not only market the garments to men but also design various leotards that are able to conform to the physical needs of male wearers. The only major difference between the men and women leotards is that men's leotards are low cut around the groin area and are very low cut below the chest. They are also usually polo necked though this has since moved become another unisex feature of the garment.

The gymnastics leotard is worn for a wide range of activities. Gymnasts, thespians, circus performers, acrobats, athletes, and dancers can wear them. You can also put them on during physical training exercises as they offer great support for the body. If you wish to wear the leotard as a casual garment then you can accessorize it with a belt or other additional garment that suits your fashion sense.
The leotard has its history in France. It was invented in the 19th Century and named after a French acrobat by the name Jules Leotard. He was one of the most celebrated sportsmen of his time and is remembered for his great contribution to the modern sports' costumes. Jules Léotard invented the first skin-tight, long sleeved, one-piece garment, which he gracefully adorned during his acrobatic performances.
He designed it to display his muscles and to enable him have unrestricted movement during his performance. At the time he called the referred to the garment as 'maillot' but as time went by and many years after his death the name leotard was coined. The garment was however restricted to acrobatic shows but was later incorporated and modified into a women's garment. The result is the current one-piece swimsuit that is worn by women when swimming or the gymnastics leotard used for the various types of Gymnastics. Around the late 20th Century, wearing a leotard was not only restricted to sports or other physical exercise but had become a fashion statement in most parts of the world.

Avoid the Stress of Your Wedding By Colin Turtle

Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life and you will possibly have spent months and even years making the plans. With all the planning etc that goes on it is very easy for what should be an enjoyable fun occasion to become very stressful.

Budget: It is important to have a rough idea of your budget in mind and work out what you expect to spend in each area.Often this will change significantly but it is a good starting point. There is no point is looking at wonderful exotic flower arrangements for the entire bridal party if it would blow 90% of your entire budget.

Planning your guest list: At the initial planning stage try and work out a rough list of guests. This gives you an idea of approximate numbers attending the ceremony and the reception, this may be a deciding factor on where you have your reception. Visit your venues and meet with the hotel to discuss your menu options and approximate numbers also agree the costs for each menu to ensure you are remaining within the budget.

Visit your venues and meet with the hotel to discuss your menu options and approximate numbers also agree the costs for each menu to ensure you are remaining within the budget.

Decide on your bridal party bridesmaids, best man, groomsmen, ushers, flower girls etc.. This can often be an area of some contention as you don't want to leave some out for fear of offending etc. However you must know who will be on your bridal party before you can start considering the outfits.

The Girls Dresses can be bought for very little or as much as you're willing to pay, there are also plenty of places to hire on a limited budget. Consider the style of the dress as it is important that it suits the bride in particular, however you should also what will look good on your bridesmaids etc. Not all styles and colours will suit everyone. In all cases the bridesmaid's dresses complement the brides dress but the brides dress is the most important.

Make-up I would suggest that you get a professional make up artist for the day, no matter how confident you are it is one less thing to worry about. A professional will be much more aware of what works and does not for wedding photographs and various skin tones. It is important that the makeup does not look shiny or this will show up in the photographs. Arrange for someone to carry a small portion of makeup to allow you to touch it up throughout the day.

Hair Your hairdresser or stylist will be able to make recommendation on a suitable style for you hair for the wedding this way also be impacted by the dress you have chosen. It is worth having a couple of 'trial runs' to ensure you are comfortable with any style.

The Boys Clothing the men is not really that difficult. Normal the men hire the suits in a style agreed with the bride and groom. Sot it is just a case of ensuring that the correct sizes etc are got and that the colours are appropriate. If you have decided on special outfits e.g. Highland wear ask the outfitters to demonstrate how it should be worn etc unless you are confident in this area yourself.

However a little bit of planning and common sense can help ensure everything runs smoothly and as stress free as possible. Bottom line is don't worry, the hotel, wedding photographer, florist, drivers etc are paid to do that for you.!!

Gymnastics Dance - The Importance of Dance in Gymnastics Floor and Beam Routines By Jessie Kimmel

Gymnastics and dance are completely different sports, but a working knowledge and ability to perform each of these disciplines are a must to be a great gymnast and dancer. Every gymnastics floor and beam routine includes a vast amount of dance to connect gymnastics skills.

Serious and competitive gymnasts should take dance lessons along side with working out in the gym. Dance is an extremely important part of gymnastics. Gymnastics and dance go hand in hand, for this reason I refer to it as gymnastics dance. Gymnastics dance is crucial to a gymnasts' success. In every beam and floor routine ever performed, gymnastics dance is weaved throughout the entire piece. You may be a gymnast, not a dancer, but you are going to get judged on the dance you put into your routines. The neatest thing about gymnastics dance is it makes your routine unique and helps it stand out from all other gymnastics routines. Through gymnastics dance you are able to express your personality as an individual and a gymnast. This has a huge weight in your overall score, so make sure you go all out and make every move count. Amazing leaps, high flexible jumps, and perfect turns are a necessity for a high scouring beam and floor routine. Gymnastics dance is used in-between tumbling passes and skills it is the fluidity that ties each part of your routine together making it whole.

Dance lessons will help you master these skills. I cannot express enough how beneficial dance is for gymnastics floor and beam success. It teaches great form, technique, grace, flexibility, fluidity, balance, and posture. Make sure your beam and floor gymnastics routines are choreographed specifically for you and no one else. By incorporating dance, skills, and tumbling passes that show your strengths.
